The city of Milton has a lot on its budget plate. Projects include a soon to be constructed splash park, plans to renovate the library, and reconstructing a health clinic into a new police station and municipal building. This is part of the reason Mayor Brett Frazier is in the midst of a series of public listening sessions designed to learn where residents want their tax dollars spent. He says fiscal prudence has kept many of the current projects from impacting taxpayers directly. He also says much recent talk has been dedicated to the effects of the Highway 26 Bypass, but the city must continue to move forward. The second of three listening sessions is planned for Friday morning from 8:30 to 10:30 at the Charming B's Coffee shop on the city's east side.
