Walgreens Robber Arrested Just in Time

Janesville police arrest a suspected robber after he returned to the scene of the crime to attempt to rob the store again.
Janesville Police responded to the Walgreens on Milton Avenue early Tuesday morning on the report of an armed robbery.  A suspect entered the store, displayed a gun in his waistband, and demanded prescription medication.
According to a news release, early Wednesday morning a Janesville officer was driving by the same Walgreens when he spotted a man who looked like the suspect in a nearby parking lot.  The man, who the officer identified as 26-year-old Kyler K. Willing of Janesville had his face painted with camouflage paint, and a loaded shotgun in his waistband.
Willing was placed under arrest, and according to police he admitted to the previous robbery, and that he was back to rob the store again.  He also admitted to stealing license plates off of two vehicles in Janesville.

Willing is being held at the Rock County Jail on suspicion of robbery, attempted robbery, two counts of theft, and two counts of carrying a concealed weapon.
Willing's passenger, 54-year-old Mark O. Barlass of Janesville was also arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana, possession of synthetic THC, and possession of narcotics.
