Appliance Repair Continues Despite Business Closing

As a familiar Rock County business closes, one of it's employees works to keep the businesses legacy of service alive.

Appliance Technician Niles Olson purchased the parts and in-home service portion of the business from the Grosenick brothers when Rock County Appliance went out of business earlier this year.  Olson had worked at the previous comapny for almost 20 years as a repair technician.

Rock County Appliance closed it's doors after 40 years in downtown Janesville.

Olson's new business, Rock County Appliance Parts and Service is located at 56 S. Main Street, and will also offer computer repair in addition to extended hours.
