Beloit Schools promote a newly renovated elementary

Robinson Elementary School Principal Sam Carter is eager to show off the referendum approved renovations and addition at his school.  Carter says the additional room will help bring students currently using the cooridors for some classes back into quiet areas.  The improvements are part of a number going on at half a dozen elementaries as the district reconfigures grade levels.  An intermediate school is also being built new as part of the $70 million referendum.  The ribbon cutting for Robinson is planned from 2:00 until 3:30 p.m. Sunday at 1801 Cranston Road.
