A Janesville man is facing 4th offense OWI charges after authorities catch him driving the wrong way down Highway 51.
According to a news release, a Rock County Sheriff's Deputy observed an SUV traveling the wrong way down Highway 51 near Townline Road, just after 1:00 this morning (Friday).
The deputy stopped the vehicle, and the driver, 50-year-old Thomas Kotlowski appeared to have been drinking.
After failing several field sobriety tests, deputies arrested Kotlowski on suspicion of 4th offense OWI.
A blood test at the Rock County Jail revealed a blood-alcohol concentration of .23.
