Local Red Cross volunteer visits Illinois disaster

A local Red Cross volunteer reports on his progress helping victims of Illinois' recent tornadoes. Mike Siwek of Evansville isn't likely to forget the plight of the Washington, Illinois tornado victims anytime soon. He says part of the small community is devastated with one of the more expensive subdivisions hit the hardest. The 64-year-old volunteer picked up the Janesville Red Cross Emergency Services vehicle, shortly after the storms a week ago Sunday. He says navigating the rubble may be rough, but it's worth it. He's been doling out food and tools for clean-up. He says some of the victims are beginning to smile again, but they have a long way to go to rebuild. Also, Siwek suggests the folks in Wisconsin offer another donation, this one of prayer.
