Rock County Youth-2-Youth applauds survey



Fewer teen-agers are choosing to light up according to a newly released government survey. The Monitoring the Future survey indicates record low smoking rates for children in grades 8, 10, and 12. Rock County Youth-2-Youth Director Debbie Fischer says a combination of legislation and public information appears to be making the difference.  Fischer though is quick to warn the tobacco industry is constantly attempting to market products like candy flavored tobacco to attract young smokers.
