Two local Congressman have a slightly different take on the President's State of the Union Message. Democrat Mark Pocan of Madison applauds Obama's stance on sustaining unemployment and raising the minimum wage. Pocan says the President did a really good job presenting his plan, and now it's up to Congress to get it done. Republican Paul Ryan of Janesville has a slightly different view point. Ryan says Obama really didn't offer anything new regarding economic development. Ryan also says if the President comes to Congress in an effort to find common ground, he'll find a lot of good ideas ranging from job creation to tax reform.
