Diversity featured at BIFF

The Beloit International Film Festival, opening this Friday, will offer more than a wide variety of independent films, it'll offer diversity as well.  BIFF Board member Saul Arteaga tells "Your Talk Show" on WCLO a group of films will include deaf actors using sign language.  Arteaga says his type of offering is a great way to educate the public.  He says signing can be unique to countries with different languages.  Diversity doesn't end there either.  26 different countries will be represented during this year's 10-day festival run.
