Rock County Sheriff Robert Spoden says he's running for re-election. The Democrat says it has been his honor to serve as Sheriff, and work with such a fine group of professional men and women. Spoden appears willing to run on his record. He points to accomplishments over his first two terms including eliminating jail over-crowding with the use of alternatives to incarceration, reducing jail renovation costs by millions, and creating a Special Investigation Unit with neighboring police departments. If elected, this would be Spoden's third term.
