Charter sees a rush as customers switch to digital

With many customers waiting until the last second to pick up the boxes to make the switch to all digital service, it's been a busy couple of weeks at the Charter Communications office in Janesville.

They served 700 customers on Tuesday, whereas they typically serve about 100 customers a day.

So far there haven't been any incidents with the influx in customers, but they may because there's been a Janesville Police Officer watching over everything the last few days.
