Hit and Run suspect turned in by father

The break in the case of a double fatal hit-and-run crash in Janesville, actually came from the suspect's father. Rock County Sheriff Robert Spoden says it's a terrible position for a father to be in.  Court records indicate 24-year-old Sambath Pal's father told investigators his son had driven a 2004 Infiniti to Janesville over the weekend, and when it returned it had front-end damage.  Motorcyclists 24-year-old Mitchell Vance and 18-year-old Devin Julius were killed when an S-U-V crossed the centerline and struck them both, on Highway 14, early Easter evening.  Pal is in the Lake County, Illinois jail pending extradition to Wisconsin.  An extradition hearing is scheduled for Thursday.
