Kenosha Libertarian runs for 1st Congressional District seat

A Kenosha Libertarian says he's running for the first district congressional seat currently held by Janesville Republican Paul Ryan.

Joseph Kexel announced Monday that he plans on running in November.

Kexel currently works as an IT Consultant and ran unsuccessfully for both the 1st Congressional District seat in 2010, and the Senate seat held by Tammy Baldwin in 2012.

Kexel is the fourth person to announce he's running for the 1st Congressional District.  Democrats Rob Zerban and Amar Kaleka will face off in a primary in August, and Paul Ryan intends to seek re-election.
