Investigators have tentatively identified the second victim, whose body was found in a suitcase along the side of the road in the Town of Geneva earlier this month. Police have already identified 37-year-old Laura Simonson of Farmington Minnesota as the first victim. They haven't released the name of the second victim. 52-year-old Steven M. Zelich of West Allis has been arrested in the case. Rochester Minnesota Police Captain John Sherwin says Simonson was reported missing in November, and was likely killed at hotel in Rochester. Sherwin says evidence linking Zelich to Simonson's disappearance was recovered Monday in Wisconsin. West Allis police say Zelich is a former West Allis patrol officer who resigned several years ago. He's being held in the Walworth County Jail on two preliminary charges of hiding a corpse. A court appearance is scheduled Friday.
