Jail program helps inmates and dogs

The Rock County Jail may be going to the dogs, but in a good way.     A new rehabilitation program at the Rock County Jail won't just benefit inmates.   Sheriff Robert Spoden says "Canine Corrections Academy" program will offer a second chance.  Not just to the dog, but to the inmate as well.  Humane Society of Southern Wisconsin Director Brett Frazier says the pets will likely become highly adoptable.  The first participant of the "Canine Corrections Academy", inmate Ryan Lambert, is looking forward to the responsibility.
