JVL man accused of filming in ladies room at park in court

A 23-year-old Janesville man, charged with two counts of capturing an image of nudity without consent after police arrest him in the women's rest room near the Palmer Park wading pool, waives his right to a preliminary hearing.

Joshua L. Miller had has adjourned initial appearance in Rock County Court Wednesday.

Janesville Police say they arrested Joshua Miller after he was found hiding in a stall in the women's bathroom on June 27th.

According to a criminal complaint, Miller had a cell phone hidden in his shoe which contained at least two videos of partially undressed little girls.

Miller remains free on signature bond while he awaits his arraignment on July 16th.
