Senator Cullen urges Governor to change Medicaid policy

State Senator Tim Cullen of Janesville is helping his party pressure Governor Scott Walker into changing his policy on medicaid.  The Democrat took the lead during the Democrat's radio address (Thursday) to urge the governor into accepting federal funding.  Cullen says the Republican governor's refusal of federal Medicaid dollars will result in 120,000 uninsured Wisconsinites.  He says it'll also cost the state more than 11,000 jobs.  Cullen says it's unethical to turn away these federal funds and deny residents the security of quality health coverage.
