But Bush has already sign this Bill. So what Ryan has to say is irrelevant. Bush could have vetoed this Bill if he wanted to. Ryan continues to push issues that are irrelevant to favor his Politics to maintain his office this November. This subject is Now Irrelevant. The Bill was signed by his President Bush. How about addressing issues of importance like Alternative Energy, Consumer conservation, Global Warming. Ryan has done zero for the first District.
