There will be a new auto dealership in Beloit before the end of the year. It will be known as Finley-Dencker Buick, Pontiac, GMC and is basically the merger of Finley GMC of South Beloit and Gene Dencker Buick, Pontiac of Beloit. Tom Finley, who will be the General Manager of the new venture, says General Motors asked for the merger. Finley will be shutting down his South Beloit operation and moving to the Beloit location. The deal should be finalized before the end of the year.
