Funding needed for child advocate program

Funding is running out for a program connecting volunteer advocates with Rock County youth involved in the court system. Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) has 21 volunteers serving 33 children, but about 150 new children are in need of services each year. HealthNet expansion
