Pothole ALERTS...

By Tim Bremel ( Contact )   February 25, 2008

I don't have a GPS Unit. I generally know how to get from home to work and back. But I could use a Gigantic Pothole Spotter as I try to keep from losing another wheel cover or having to align the front end every week.

To that end, I'm asking you to join the pothole spotters and add yours to the list.

Here's mine:

Highway 11 westbound, from the bypass to the intersection with Rockport Road. Its generally a lesson in evasive driving with hundreds of potholes along that stretch.

I'm sure you all have run across (literally) many others and worse spots. Please log in and list 'em for the sake of fellow drivers. Thanks, and be careful out there.

Maybe it would be easier to list the streets that don't have potholes. Yes your right wcm4life this year has been exceptionaly bad.
Maybe we could follow Beloit's lead by using beet juice I know this would help the life span of the streets and have less potholes.

Easy space jam when you have a winter like this and the salt that is used it tears up the roads big time...anyhow exit ramp going to HWY 26 towards Milton off 90 is rougher than a corn cob!!!

From 90-west getting on highway 11 west there is a huge pothole when you are sitting at the stopsign on the ramp and you cannot avoid it. everyday I hit that when I am coming home from work.

There is a wicked pothole on Milton Avenue in the far right lane in front of the post office. Be careful when driving towards the mall in this lane, it could take your wheel off.

Thanks, Tim - I was hoping for this sort of service as I drove Hwy 14 home from Madison yesterday.

It is horrible beginning this side of Oregon. You have to go slow and dodge the entire stretch. Not even worth using.

Hwy 11 East is also bad, at least from here to Delavan.
