I will be spending it. And no they can't tax you on it. It is a TAX rebate it's money that we paid in taxes. So, I will be spending it on a nice new plasma TV.

save 33% of it because theyll prob make you claim it as income the next year on city and fed tax forms!!!!!!!!!
