I believe it is not the city responsiblity to furnish parking for the downtown business. The city built a parking ramp that I don't feel should have been paid for by the taxpayers.

I am in favor of all propeties having sidewalks. I just had to replace mine,, The city should never have changed the policy to start with years ago.
