No offense, Al, but I don't want to see the Who in their current state. Their terrific rhythm section is gone, and Daltrey and Townshend have not aged well. The Who was four animated guys making a lot of noise, not two old guys with an orchestra behind them.
I'd go with The Eagles.

Proartist, when you mention the rotating homeless shelter, I assume you're talking about the GIFTS program in Janesville. Come volunteer there some night, like we have, and maybe you'll change your opinion of it. It's valuable and needed, and it certainly isn't hurting Janesville. It's a blessing for a lot of people who are much less fortunate than most of us.

I don't know why they are bothering. For all the noise the DDA is making about a BID district, the fact remains that if Terry Donaldson and Jim Grafft are against it, it won't pass. Do they think publicity is going to get them to change their minds? I don't think so.

While I applaud the Milton teachers for the positive approach they are taking, it's too bad they brought in WEAC. You can always count on WEAC to go negative. Milton teachers, keep asking to return to the table, but please don't let WEAC lead you around by the nose like they did the Janesville teachers.

Hope you got a chance to meet Judge Gableman. He will be our next Supreme Court justice after WMC and the other right-wing groups with deep pockets buy him the election just like they did Ziegler.

$60,000? Couldn't Forward Janesville use that money to help a start-up business instead of wasting it on expensive art?
