Sounds like they get $100 a meeting times however many meetings. If they go to 10 meetings they get paid $1000 and will generously give back $50 a meeting up to two meetings worth ($100 total). That's really sharing the pain - keep up the good work Sweens. Sounds more like were getting a slap in the face and they're laughing at us. Remember the word symbolic is another way of saying it has no real value.
