No I don't think abusive. When I read his post again, I think what he is saying is , the police have told him something about this case. Which I have a problem with. As I have been told by these same police that they can't talk about on going cases. This has not made it to his court room yet, I would think this month would be the earliest it could be there, why would they be talking about it.

I was also in a local gas station one morning when the local officer was talking about a case. They had a search warrant for someone's house and evidently found nothing to build a case on, and could not get the guy to admit to anything, so they were mad. The entire thing is just unprofessional.

I also had a officer tell me something a couple years ago, and then tell me recently something else, and I came right out and asked them which time they were lying. Because he does not get it both ways. They lie often to serve their own purposes, and when you catch one doing it and call them on it, they change the subject very quickly.

I think we all know that department is not always as it looks. Like anyone else.

I have only heard good things about the 'professor' in his local position. But when you work with someone its to easy to defend them facts or not.

you are a municipal judge in town. You would have nothing on me. However after seeing the holier than thou attitude I would request a transfer to the Rock County municipal court if ever I had a ticket.

But do you know? I don't think so. The one lady who commented on here lives next to the guy, and knows very well.. Better than you. Professor,, you might want to practice what you preach and be quite and not defend the E.P.D. when you don't know either. It could be quite embarrassing for you.

This article looks like a rough draft my daughter would put together for a school report. Why not wait until you can tell the entire story instead of being in such a hurry to get this posted. IF this is all their is to this story it was not worth printing.
