if kids were being employed there would be a problem. here we have multiple agencies operating at taxpayer expense to bust a handful of minor criminals involved in consensual crimes. why would anyone applaud such an inefficient use of resources?

a condition imposed on every person to go through this drug court is regular drug testing. those graduating from this program cannot have been using drugs. and who are these people being killed and getting killed? were that the case this scourge of drug addicts you so fear would take care of itself
