Basics accepts #5 plastics for recycling. The city is pretty limited in its options, as there isn't a big market for the other types of plastic. Just because it has a number on it does not mean that there are companies clamoring to use it in their products.

How noisy is it?

It appears to me as if he scouted camera locations and is deliberately avoiding it.

mentor397, the banks and insurance companies finally figured out that it was much better for everyone concerned to make the actual robbery pretty easy. For instance, in 2009, there were around 6000 bank robberies, but only 140 people were injured (9 of them perps); other than 21 perps, nobody was killed; and only in 47 instances were hostages taken. The identification rate for bank robberies is about 49 percent after one year (but many commit multiple robberies and it is not always possible to prosecute every instance).

fly, he was in prison from 2004-2007, and sent back after reoffending. Several of his other arrests were for misdemeanors that would not have extended his sentence. This is a Class D felony, and it looks like he's eligible for up to 31 years for it due to prior convictions. Extended supervision worked the way it's designed in the prior case.

On Do you believe expanding I-90 to six lanes will bring jobs to Janesville?

I'm surprised Traxler is on the list myself. It already has a number of activity areas and not much free space, and is frequently used for special events. The whole point of placing facilities like this is to manage the usage of parks so that none of them is too crowded or too empty. I'm not sure that the lagoon area is the best, myself; I'd rather it be by the bend in the river, where the city has newly acquired land with no defined activity areas and virtually no traffic.

Yes, onelife2live, and Milton, Edgerton, or Clinton's increases will only be at the expense of other districts as well. I believe this is actually the way that open enrollment works. Do you have an actual point?
On Open enrollment could bring in dollars for Janesville Schools

First of all, the government in Haiti now was democratically elected. Perhaps, totellthetruth, you are thinking back to previous dictators of Haiti who were strongly supported by the US as part of the Cold War. Second, the US government is directly helping. If we spend money on food, US personnel will be distributing that food. It is not giving money to the Haitian government and hoping for the best. Third, the actual administration of the country is largely the multinational force led by Brazil and Uruguay.

frogger, do you have any idea the scale of this effort, massive as it is, against the size of the US budget or, more appropriate, gross domestic product?

It is surprising to me that we have reached a day and age where people actually show off the shortcomings of their personalities and ethical make-up. Do you ever tire of holding that pose? I mean, there's quite a lean to it.

bobwood, state law allows for closed sessions of this type to preserve confidentiality of negotiations. The final vote will still be public.

TIF district monies come directly from the district tax revenues. The only difference is that they don't go into the general fund; they must be spent within the district boundaries and as permitted by law.
