I think they should extend loans with strings attached. The automakers should have to submit restructuring plans that include electric/hybrid vehicles and other green technology as well as some big changes at the top where the poor planning took place that led to the current crisis.

Although Children's Museums are wonderful places to visit, I do not think Janesville can support one, at least not in the near future. In fact, we already know that this museum will not support itself and will need ongoing city funding at a time when we are looking at cutting the budget. Listen to the 8-year old! :)
