Let me see if I have this right ... the speed trailer was hit and damaged so this prompts them to come up with more enforcments? it's not the innocent people getting killed by these drunk/high drivers? ... something is kinda wrong with that, JMO

hardcore: I have traveled alot, what diff. does that make? if there is a stink it stinks, doesn't matter if it's the worst or not it is still there. I can understand the people that live close by the dump not liking the smell. The damage is already done so less trash most likely won't help alot .... lets hope the piping system works.

That side of town does stink and it's been getting worse, you can smell it way over to WalMart and i'm sure past there. You get people like "mentor397" with his dumb comments but I really don't want to be known as "the stinky town" I don't live on that side of town but I really don't know how peole can live it, smell it 24/7. I'm not sure what could be done but Janesville spends our tax dollars on some pretty stupid stuff, maybe they can spend a few of "our" tax dollars to figure something out here.

It's about time this happened, should have along time ago. We can get a ticket for not having a seatbelt on in our car but our kids can drive in a bus like eggs in a box? Glad to see the seatbelts on the buses, now lets get them on all of them.

Some places need to be looked at by the city but I have found some of the city workers "rob doxey" are getting carried away with their powers "my thought" I had a pickup truck up at my parent's driveway to work on it, had to change a ball joint and other work. There was no problem how long I kept it there.I had a front wheel off but other than that no real eye sore, the tag for my license plate came to my house while the truck was at my parent's so I didn't get it on my truck right away "wasn't on the road anyways" So a city work "rob doxey" said he noticed my truck while he was doing "neighborhood services" and put a tag on my parent's front door, for "unlicensed/inoperable vehicle" I called him up told him what the deal was and it wasn't harming anyone and that the truck WAS licensed and told him to check with the DMV "I put the sticker on the next day" He said well maybe I'll check the truck again in acouple of weeks, after I told him I really don't care what he does the truck will most likely stay there till the first snowfall anyways "4x4".Well less than 2 weeks later my parents got a letter from the city "I don't think this guy liked being told he sounded like a dictator by me" again just my thought. I can understand the city wanting places to look nice but when you can't even keep an auto in your driveway that's a bit too much I think, what if it was a $30,000 auto but you just never drove it so it doesn't move at all from your house? I think this guy just didn't like me standing up for myself so he used his city powers against me "my thought"
