Hold up race does not have anything to do with why the percentage of pregnancies in high schools are going up. All teenagers of all races are getting pregnant everyday. Yes the education should start at home about sex. But teenagers are going to do what the hell they want to do regardless of how many times their parents talk to them about sex and the risks of having sex because they think they are grown and don't have to listen to nobody. Parents can only talk to their children about sex and risks that comes along with it. And hope they will listen and make good decisions about it. Obviously these teenagers did not listen and made the wrong choices. Plain and simple.
