If its the real small house on the corner of Grant and Joliet, just tear it down. Then put up no tresspassing signs and go after the neighbors if they have parties on it. Its still his property.

Just seen on the news in Madison a 22yr old got his 3rd, yes THIRD DUI after he hit a 26yr old motorcyclist early this morning. Biker has leg and facial injuries. 22 yr old scum is facing felony causing injury OMVWI. Far as I'm concerned this guy should be banned from driving for life now.
