I no longer live in the Janesville area, but I too am tired of all the Brett crap. And now that he has walked out of camp, the coverage down here is worse (actually joking that he may show up here) DONE!!!
On Packer players don't care all that much about Brett. They really don't.

The sad thing is, Nielson changed the way ratings were done in the following years from a raw number to the demographic style done today. NBC then saw how popular the show really was. They worked frantically to get a new series on, which almost debued (ST: PhaseII) on the new Paramount Network. The network never launched, and the pilot for the series became ST: TMP

It has to do with the teasing Brett has done over the past few years. The whole "I might not want to come back next year. Oh, it's June! OK, I'll come back"
The Packers had too much of it and finally called his bluff. They needed to prepare the team, and Brett wasn't ready. Aaron was.
