What did I tell ya

By Al Fagerli ( Contact )   August 4, 2008

When ALL this Brett Favre stuff started, what about six hours after he "retired" in March,I mentioned the only way the two sides could come out of this without problems was to have Brett come to camp and compete for the starting job. Instead of both sides not taking the recommendation, they both got stubborn and pig headed about the whole thing. The Packers didn't want to back off,Favre didn't want to back off. Well that has led us to today and what is the apparent solution? Brett comes to camp and will apparently compete with Aaron Rodgers for the starting job. Why didn't they think of that two months ago?

Because Ted Thompson is not as smart as the Main Sports Man in Rock County. I am suggesting when Mark Murphy Replaces Thompson this season AL Fagerli should become the new VP/GM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
