Oh well... no "cash for klunker" deal

Well... I decided against taking part in the "cash for klunkers" program. Although it sounded good, and came at a time when many people could take advantage of it, I was not so lucky. The main drawback for me was having to take on two car payments at the same time. My wife is driving the "newer" of our two used vehicles and we are in the process of paying it off. With our other monthly obligations, a second car payment was simply impossible...... (unless we could run some undetectable ponzi scheme and use the free money to buy a new super energy efficient, non gas guzzling, green car.) Since I have no idea how to do that... I'll just keep driving the 95 Ford Windstar until it expires.
