World Juggling Day at the JFM!

By Rose Stricker ( Contact )   June 17, 2010

According to my Oriental Trading Calendar, Saturday, June 19th is World Juggling Day!

Probably you don't have access to a juggler in your house to help you celebrate this momentous day. :(

Fortunately, you can head down to the Janesville Farmer's Market this weekend and catch (catch! because it's juggling! Get it?) the talents of two young jugglers, Mark (age 12) and Jacob (age 13). These skilled performers are buskers with Janesville's United Arts Alliance!

If you can't make the JFM this weekend, look for Mark and Jacob throughout the farmers market season.

Drop by (drop! because it's juggling! Get it!) sometime to watch!
(And if you look across the street from Jacob, you'll find some lady with a pile of yarn in her lap. That's me. Say hi!)

In the interest of full disclosure, yes, Jacob the Juggler is my son. :-)

And yes, he can juggle torches on fire.

Jacob is a great performer. He juggled at the library and was a lot of fun. By the way, we can't wait to see him on his unicycle! :-)
