Photo Opportunity - The Big Read

By Rose Stricker ( Contact )   March 19, 2010

During the month of April, the Milton Public Library (along with other Rock County libraries) is participating in The Big Read. This year's read is the book Sun, Stone & Shadows: 20 Great Mexican Short Stories. (Place your copy on hold at your library here.)

If you live in Milton, you're invited to help promote Milton Reads. This year, folks are gathering at the Milton Middle School Gymnasium on Monday, March 22nd at 6pm. It'll only take 10 minutes of your time. Bring your kids! Bring your parents!

Last year, about forty people gathered for the photo. It's a pretty impressive showing.

Please come this year. Can you imagine what a hundred library supporters would look like all together? I'd really like to see that.
