Rose's hair donation!
It took me nearly a year, but I finally had enough hair to make a decent donation to an organization that makes wigs for cancer patients. I decided in February 2010 that I would make this donation because that's when I learned my sister, Diane, had cancer.
Stacy at Hair Force in Janesville came highly recommended to me by a friend who had donated hair before. I was afraid my hair wouldn't quite make a ponytail long enough, but Stacy sectioned off my hair into several ponytails.
And then... there were none!
Not only was my hair long enough to donate, Stacy managed to leave lots of hair on my head!
A shampoo here, some blow drying there, and suddenly...
Ta-Da!
I love it! I really, really do!
I wish my hair could have gone to my sister, but it won't.
However, it will make a difference for someone's sister.

Just viewed this with my sister Diane and we both loved it....naturally we are proud of Rosie because she is our sweet sister. Love you and love what you did!

Very nice of you to go through this. I say go through this because I couldn't wait to cut my hair. I go every 10-12 weeks and it seems like forever. The new do looks very becoming on you.
