This just in. Obamamania is returning to Rock County.

Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama plans to make a second appearance within a week in Rock County. He delivered a major economic address Tuesday at the Janesville General Motors plant.

Obama has planned a Beloit public rally-type event for Monday. The Associated Press reports that Obama will lead the rally from Flood Arena at 8 p.m. on the Beloit College campus.
