The Janesville Performing Arts Center has a new Education and Outreach Coordinator. J-PAC Executive Director Beau Bisson says Jim McCulloch is the perfect fit. McCulloch has a Bachelor’s of Fine Arts degree from U-W Whitewater, and has produced, directed, written or acted in more than 40 productions. In his new position he’s expected to create experiences that allow for the arts to educate, empower, and enrich the Janesville community.
