A 34-year-old Janesville woman is indicted in federal court in Texas after being accused of having sex with a 14-year-old boy.
The Dallas Morning News reports Jennifer Lynn Dougherty is charged with two counts of travel with intent to engage in criminal sexual activity, and one count of transportation of a minor with intent to engage in criminal sexual activity.
A federal complaint says she transported the boy to Wisconsin to engage in sexual activity after meeting him through online gaming.
The boy's parents reported him missing September 12th.
Doughtery was arrested at Dallas Love Field on September 16th and police recovered the boy.
