The owner of a winning lottery ticket purchased in Janesville last month comes forward. David Fredricks of Janesville has claimed his prize of $68 thousand in the Badger 5 Jackpot game. Wisconsin Lottery officials say the winning ticket was purchased for the March 13th drawing at Shore Enterprises on East Milwaukee Street. The jackpot starts at ten-thousand dollars, and grows until there’s a winner.
