A rural Evansville family’s children lose their 4-H projects in a morning fire. Evansville fire officials say some pigs, exotic chickens, and turkeys were lost when a barn burned at 16902 West Porter Road. The structure had already collapsed when firefighters arrived a little after 10:00 a.m. Tuesday. No one was hurt. Investigators are still looking for a cause.
