A Janesville police officer finds himself in the right place at the right time.  While on patrol about midnight Thursday, the officer says a 63-year-old woman flagged him down on North Main Street.  She told the officer she was knocked down by a man trying to pull her purse out of her arms.  The officer spotted the man climbing on top of the nearby Schleuter factory.  Police say when 26-year-old Christopher A. Hollie realized he couldn’t get away, he got off the roof, but struggled with the officer.  The officer tased him and took him into custody on charges of attempted robbery and resisting arrest.
