Wisconsin’s State Superintendent of Schools pays a visit to Beloit.
Tony Evers will experience the fine arts classes in vocal music, theater, and visual art when he visits Beloit Memorial High School Monday morning from 8:00 – 9:30 a.m.
After meeting with School District of Beloit Superintendent Thomas Johnson and BMHS Interim Principal Carol Campbell Evers will visit the Knight Chorus, performing arts, and digital art classrooms.
Earlier this year Evers visited fine arts programs in Milwaukee to emphasize the importance of the arts in preparing all students for college, career, and citizenship.
