A Rock County Court finds an 18-year-old Janesville man, accused of stabbing and severely wounding his grandfather, not competent for trial.  Judge James Daley says a court appointed psychologist predicts Gavin D. Roetteger could become competent within a year.  Roetteger is charged with attempted first-degree intentional homicide with a weapon, as an act of domestic abuse.  Daley ordered Roetteger remain in the custody of the Department of Health Services until he is found competent.
