Milton may have a winner with a new festival. Plans to expand the number of annual festivals in Milton is apparently paying off. Milton Area Chamber of Commerce Director Dani Stivarius says the Wally’s Music Fest committee has had a chance to review. She says the festival finished in the black for it’s first year and the feedback is very positive. She says plans are already underway for next year. The theme will again be 80’s music. Stivarius attributes the event’s success to cooperation among the organizers including the Gathering Place, Milton F-F-A Alumni, and Milton Historical Society.
