Janesville police are looking for a missing 10-year-old. Devon Winters was reported missing by his mother Friday. He’s described as four-foot-eight, 96-pounds, with brown hair and gray eyes. He was last seen wearing a blue superman shirt, red basketball shorts, and blue and white high top sneakers. He was also riding a purple mountain bike. Police ask anyone spotting Winters to contact them.
