Authorities search for a pair of suspects accused of firing a gun during an armed robbery in Beloit.
Beloit Police say the incident happened at Family Dollar on the 800 block of Fourth Street just before 9:00 Saturday night.
Two black males entered the store and forced an employee to open the registers at gun point. During the ordeal, one of the suspects fired his gun into the floor next to the employee.
The suspects fled the area on foot toward Fifth Street.
The two are described as being in their 20’s, thinly built, and wearing dark clothing.
