A rural Janesville man is facing a charge of fourth offense intoxicated driving. A criminal complaint says 44-year-old Shayne A. Burdick was stopped around midnight Sunday on Court Street near Pearl Streets when police saw him driving without lights. Police say Burdick seemed disoriented and smelled of alcohol. The complaint adds a preliminary breath test showed a blood alcohol content of .20, which is more than twice the legal limit.
